Arsenal vs Manchester City

The top match of the fifth round is the game between Arsenal and Manchester City. These teams are in excellent shape, and the intrigue here is through the roof. The match will be held at the Emirates Stadium in London.

Arsenal started this Premier League season with a win over Crystal Palace but lost to Chelsea in the second round. After that, there was a 3-0 win over Bournemouth, and in the last round, the Gunners defeated Fulham 2-1. So, Arsenal has 7 points in 4 games and sits in 5th place in the Premier League table.

Manchester City, in turn, won all four of their Premier League matches. The Citizens started with two 2-0 victories over West Ham and Bournemouth. Then the team defeated Newcastle 3-3 and Crystal Palace 4-2. With 12 points, Manchester City is in first place in the standings.

The hosts will be without Thomas Partey in this match. The Ghanaian midfielder suffered an injury in training with the Ghana national team and is expected to miss the next few weeks. Emile Smith Rowe is also a doubt for the match, having missed Arsenal's last two games with a muscular problem.

Manchester City has no new injury concerns. Aymeric Laporte is still out with a knee injury, but he is expected to return to training next week. John Stones and Kalvin Phillips are also doubts for the match, having missed the last two games with minor injuries.

Liverpool vs Newcastle United

Liverpool will be without a number of key players for this match, including Thiago Alcantara, Diogo Jota, Naby Keita, and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain. Newcastle United, in turn, has no fresh injury concerns, with Javier Manquillo and Emil Krafth still out with long-term injuries.

Tottenham vs Wolverhampton Wanderers
