Disney's Ambition to Buy Out Comcast's Stake

Disney has signaled its intention to buy out Comcast's interest in Hulu, the last piece of a streaming puzzle that it seeks to complete. The Stakes Involved

In November last year, Disney agreed to take control of Hulu and pay Comcast at least $86 billion for the remaining 33% stake after Comcast exercises its put option in 2024.
